AM Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

What You'll Do


* Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing / post-acute setting


* Administer medications and treatments as ordered


* Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team


* Document care accurately in the medical record


* Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff

What We're Looking For


* Active California LVN license


* Skilled nursing, rehab, or post-acute experience preferred


* Strong clinical and communication skills


* Compassionate and dependable


* Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
