Product Management Intern

We are seeking a Product Manager Intern to join a small, highly collaborative Product Management team supporting a portfolio of enterprise digital products.

This role offers direct exposure to Product leadership and hands-on experience across multiple products and initiatives.

As part of a lean team, you'll work closely with the Director of Product Management and a Technical Product Manager to support requirements gathering, stakeholder coordination, and product delivery.

You'll work across initiatives ranging from internal platforms to business-facing tools, gaining a broad view of how products are built and scaled within an enterprise environment.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to learn how product teams operate across different problem spaces while contributing meaningfully from day one.

What You'll Do

Requirements Gathering & Documentation


* Partner with Product Management team to gather and document business and user requirements across multiple products


* Translate stakeholder input into structured user stories and acceptance criteria


* Maintain clear and organized product documentation across initiatives

Stakeholder Management


* Support coordination across Product, Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders


* Capture key decisions, track action items, and ensure follow-through


* Help identify gaps, dependencies, and areas needing clarification

Product Lifecycle Support


* Assist with backlog management, sprint preparation, and prioritization discussions


* Track progress across multiple workstreams and help ensure alignment during development


* Support QA and validation to confirm features meet requirements


* Help gather and synthesize post-launch feedback

Cross-Product & Operational Support


* Contribute to multiple initiatives simultaneously, gaining exposure to different product areas


* Assist with preparing stakeholder updates, roadmaps, and product materials


* Support lightweight analysis of product usage, trends, or feedback


* Help improve team processes and documentation standards
