Position Summary:
Medical Hill Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Part-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our skilled nursing team.

The LVN will provide high-quality nursing care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician, ensuring comfort, safety, and well-being in a supportive healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:


* Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed


* Monitor and document residents' vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition


* Assist with daily living activities such as hygiene, mobility, and nutrition


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans


* Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with facility policies and regulations


* Observe and report any changes in patient condition to supervising RN or physician


* Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and HIPAA standards


* Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and their families

Qualifications:


* Current and active LVN license in the state of California


* Current CPR/BLS certification


* Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment


* Knowledge of basic nursing practices, procedures, and regulations

Schedule:


* Part-time hours; flexible scheduling may be available (including weekends and holidays as needed)
