* NOC Shift - Night Shift with Weekend Schedule

Compensation: $25 per hour with benefits

San Bruno Skilled Nursing is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team on a full-time night shift basis.

Key Responsibilities:



* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.


* Monitor resident vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.


* Help maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.


* Support residents' mobility by assisting with transfers and ambulation as needed.


* Participate in patient care planning and communicate effectively with team members regarding resident status.


* Document care provided and assist in maintaining accurate records as required by facility policies.

Qualifications:



* Current and valid CNA certification in the state of California.


* Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing excellent care.


* Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.


* Availability to work full-time night shifts with a weekend schedule.
