Sunnyvale Gardens Post Acute is currently seeking a Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for our NOC (overnight) shift.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated clinical team in a supportive post-acute care environment.

Schedule:


* NOC Shift


* 4 days on / 2 days off rotation


* Full-time hours

Pay & Benefits:


* $38-$45 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:


* Provide direct patient care in accordance with facility policies and standards


* Administer medications and treatments as ordered


* Monitor patient conditions and report changes


* Accurately document care and services provided


* Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members


* Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications:


* Current California LVN license in good standing


* Long-term care or post-acute experience preferred


* Strong clinical and communication skills


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team


* Reliable and committed to high-quality resident care
