Manufacturing Tech II

Primary Duties & Responsibilities


* 1-3 year experience in CNC


* Minimum 1yr experience working in manufacturing


* Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and process procedures


* Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and procedures closely while offering suggestions for continuous improvement


* Knowledge of networked PC based computer system

Education & Experience


* High School diploma or equivalent


* Basic reading and math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)

Skills


* Good manual dexterity


* Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and process procedures


* Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and procedures closely while offering suggestions for continuous improvement


* Ability to work independently with minimal guidance from supervisor


* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks


* Good shop math ability


* Meet tight time schedules


* Ability to work in a cross-cultural, team-based environment

Working Conditions


* This role is 100% onsite


* Highly repetitive working conditions


* Dayshift 7-3:30

Physical Requirements


* Ability to work in a cross-cultural, team-based environment


* On occasion be able to lift 40lbs.


* Long periods of standing/walk

Pay Range: Manufacturing Technician - $44,611 - $71,795, Year
