Business Process Analyst II

Position Summary

The Business Process Analyst II supports operational excellence for Western Hemisphere Services Organization by supporting centralized scheduling, analyzing performance data, improving field and back-office processes, and enabling leadership to make informed decisions.

This role works closely with Operations, Project Management, Supply Chain, and Training, to strengthen scheduling, resource utilization, cost control, compliance, and service delivery within Western Hemisphere Services.

Key Responsibilities


* Assist centralized scheduling to ensure service work is scheduled with qualified technicians.


* Create dashboards and standardized reporting for leadership review covering KPIs such as resource utilization, backlog health, and schedule adherence


* Conduct operational analysis-including scheduling, dispatching, inventory, and asset tracking-to identify areas for improvement and optimization.


* Understand the business requirements of stakeholders to create standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation across regions and service lines based on business requirements.


* Partner with Service Center Managers and Project Managers to improve resource planning and project tracking


* Collaborate with resources across the organization to pursue continual process optimization and innovation


* Assist in capital planning, variance analysis, and operational planning related to manpower and operational assets.


* Maintain and enhance reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel models, ERP/EAM systems, and operations systems.


* Partner with IT and operations teams to improve and centralize data pertaining to inventory, service work, and asset usage.

Qualifications


* Bachelor's degree in business or related field.


* 2-5+ years of experience in operations, analytics, or pipeline operations preferred.


* Strong data analysis and visualization skills (Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL, or similar).


* Project management experience is a plus.


* Understanding pipeline maintenance, technician and asset scheduling, or related services is a plus.


* Excellent communication skills and ability to work with field and office stakeholders across multiple departments in a collaborative environment.
