As a Product Manager in Internal Reporting, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle.

As a Vice President, Reporting Channel in Corporate and Investment Bank Merchant Services, you will own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of an internal reporting channel that centralizes access to merchant reporting, enables scalable self-service analytics, and delivers timely, accurate regulatory outputs.

Success looks like high adoption of trusted, business-ready reporting and AI-enabled insights, strong governance and controls, and measurable decommissioning of legacy reporting platforms.

Job responsibilities



* Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Reporting Channel Internal aligned to Merchant Services priorities


* Establish governance for reporting content lifecycle, entitlements, and quality across curated and self-service experiences


* Centralize internal access to external merchant reporting with strong identity, entitlementing, and traceability controls


* Curate and maintain a library of certified reports and dashboards with disciplined release cadence, versioning, and change control


* Enable self-service BI via reusable semantic layers, certified datasets, and scalable publishing workflows


* Prioritize and deliver high-impact use cases including reports, semantic models, and AI-driven insights to maximize adoption and efficiency


* Partner with data domain owners and ADAP to source trusted data, define metadata and lineage, and ensure SLA-backed availability


* Collaborate with engineering and AI/ML teams to operationalize advanced analytics into governed, interpretable reporting workflows


* Plan and execute structured decommissioning of legacy platforms including migration, parity validation, and adoption enablement


* Embed risk, controls, privacy, and auditability across ingestion, processing, and distribution with least-privilege access


* Provide executive-ready updates on outcomes, value realization, adoption, and delivery status across stakeholders
