Content Syndication Manager - PIM/PXM Platforms

Are you passionate about transforming how product content is delivered to customers and retail partners? As a Content Syndication Manager, you will lead the automation, governance, and optimization of our product content distribution, leveraging platforms like Salsify to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
This business-led role is central to creating long-term value through principled innovation and collaboration.
Our Team
You'll join a dynamic Content Syndication team supporting our Brand, Marketing, and eCommerce divisions.
We work cross-functionally to ensure our product content is accurate, impactful, and a true competitive advantage for the business.
What You Will Do
* Identify and implement automation opportunities in Salsify to streamline product content workflows and improve data quality
* Lead the syndication of product content to major retail partners, ensuring channel-specific readiness and compliance
* Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Sales, eCommerce, and IT to align content strategies and drive platform adoption
* Establish and maintain product data standards, validation rules, and governance frameworks
* Challenge existing processes, experiment with new approaches, and drive continuous improvement in content syndication
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Experience automating or optimizing product content distribution using Salsify or similar PIM/PXM platforms
* Demonstrated success implementing or optimizing product data modeling, taxonomy, and digital asset management solutions
* Experience collaborating across multiple business functions
* Track record of identifying and delivering process improvements in content syndication or eCommerce operations
* Must have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa transfer or sponsorship
What Will Put You Ahead
* Hands-on experience utilizing Syndigo, 1WorldSync, or GDSN ecosystems for content syndication
* Practical experience integrating or supporting workflows with Salesforce, SAP, or commerce platforms
* Experience with data transformation tools or API-based integrations
* Background in data governance or Master Data Management (MDM)
