Supervisor, Occupational Therapy & Physical Therapy

Work Schedule :

100% FTE, 40 hours/week.

8-hour day shifts.

Shifts are scheduled between the hours of 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM.

Hours may vary based on the operational needs of department.

We are seeking a Supervisor, Occupational and Physical Therapy to:


* Provide team-based leadership for occupational and physical therapy staff.


* Manage long-range planning for staffing levels, including recruitment and retention efforts.


* Develop and manage the therapy team's programs, procedures, and protocols.


* Provide remarkable patient care as outlined in the clinician position description as an occupational or physical therapist.

Qualifications


* Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy Required


* Master's Degree in a related clinical field or in business/health care administration Preferred or


* Doctorate Degree in a related clinical field or in business/health care administration Preferred

Work Experience


* 3 years of professional experience as an OT or PT Required


* Previous therapy leadership experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications


* Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Required or


* Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Required and


* Certification in Healthcare Provider Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Automatic External Defibrillator Required
