Schneider Digital is the digital department of Schneider Electric, leading the digital transformation in the company by giving support globally to our internal teams and our clients.

Schneider Digital consists of 6 Digital Hubs worldwide which are strategically located to ensure a 24/7 support across the company (France, China, India, USA, Mexico and Spain).

Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.

As part of the End-to-End Digital Customer Relationships organization, the Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of delivery commitments across multiple squads.

This role plays a central part in planning, coordinating, and delivering product and technical outcomes, ensuring alignment with business priorities and cross-cluster dependencies.

Reporting directly to the Delivery Manager, the Delivery Lead leads the operational execution of multiple agile teams, partnering closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, Architects, and other Delivery Leads to ensure the consistency and quality of deliverables.

This role requires strong leadership, planning, and coordination capabilities to secure on-time and high-quality delivery within an agile-at-scale environment.

What will you do:

Delivery Ownership & Planning


* Own the end-to-end delivery roadmap for the squads under their responsibility.


* Lead and coordinate PI Planning preparation and execution, ensuring teams are ready with capacity, refined backlog, and clear objectives.


* Translate business priorities into delivery plans aligned with product vision and technical constraints.


* Monitor execution during the Program Increment, ensuring alignment on scope, dependencies, risks, and milestones.


* Ensure delivery commitments are met with quality, transparency, and predictability.

Cross-Cluster & Cross-Team Coordination


* Collaborate closely with other Delivery Leads, Tech Leads, Product Owners, and Architects to identify and manage inter-team and inter-cluster dependencies.


* Facilitate alignment on cross-cutting initiatives, ensuring consistent communication and effective prioritization across squads.
