Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Software Test Engineer to lead Verification/Validation within a development team.

This role drives the quality and reliability by leading manual and automated test.

The candidate will be responsible for driving test strategy, execution, acceptance, and communication.

The role will need to evaluate accuracy of software representing physical Electrical Networks (Single Line Diagrams) and Digital Twin representations.

The candidate will be tasked to lead testing strategies, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and safety.

There will also be responsibility for test automation.

For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $110,000 - $125,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
