What will you do:


* Lead and implement comprehensive Environment, Health & Safety programs, including deployment of standards and monitoring of improvement plans across plant/site operations


* Develop and manage environmental initiatives focusing on waste management, emissions control, and implementation of Best Available Technologies for product industrialization


* Establish prevention programs to minimize workplace accidents and occupational illnesses while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements


* Drive the development and implementation of group Health policies to protect employee wellbeing across physical, mental, and social dimensions


* Collaborate with stakeholders to investigate incidents, conduct audits, and maintain strong relationships with community and environmental groups

* Demonstrated expertise in Environmental Health & Safety management systems and regulatory compliance


* Strong track record of implementing successful EHS programs and driving continuous improvement


* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail

* Proven ability to develop and deliver effective safety training programs
