The Executive Director at Brookdale Harrisonburg, VA, leads all community operations, focusing on resident care, staff leadership, financial performance, and occupancy goals.

This role involves implementing business plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving a positive community culture to enhance the lives of residents.

Key Responsibilities:



* Operations Leadership: Direct daily operations, including dining, maintenance, and clinical services to ensure high-quality care.


* Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with teams to meet occupancy and revenue targets, identifying local partners to raise the community's profile.


* Staff Management: Recruit, mentor, and motivate employees, fostering an inclusive culture.


* Financial Management: Develop and implement annual operating/capital budgets, focusing on cost control and profitability.


* Resident Satisfaction: Maintain high standards of care and engagement with residents and their families.

Qualifications:


* Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of related leadership experience (or equivalent combination).


* Valid state administrator license (required in Virginia).

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience.

Full-time associates in role are eligible for an annual bonus incentive and sales referral bonuses.

Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.
