Key Responsibilities

You’ll be a vital part of our IT team — keeping systems running and supporting the people who keep planes moving.

You will:

Technical and processes:


* Provide specialist 24-hour / 7 days a week UK IT service delivery and support onsite at EMA / LHR and LTN (depending on location of postholder).


* Monitor IT systems to ensure maximum uptime.


* Configuration, deployment and maintenance of hardware and software.


* Provide Microsoft Office, Citrix & AS400, and specialist application support expertise.


* Ensure all tickets are logged, and are resolved within the expected time limit.


* Identify improvement opportunities.      


* Maintain assets as per the ITAM Asset Management process; regularly audit IT assets across the business.                        


* Ensure that the Knowledge Base is constantly updated and distributed across the team, ensuring the benefit and best practice across the function.


* Help ensure that IT security is maintained and that required standards are adhered to.


* Follow DHL standards and guidelines ensuring compliance.         


* Additional tasks and responsibilities as requested by the EMA IT Service Delivery Management.

* Maintain a professional, customer service like approach when dealing with stakeholders across the business.
