What you will do

The Senior Manager, Customer Strategy - Skin Health is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the sales team to achieve business objectives, coaching staff, and optimizing sales strategies.

You will monitor performance, adjust plans as needed, and provide insights to drive growth while ensuring compliance with budgets and company policies:

Key Responsibilities


* Lead the development and execution of innovative customer engagement and sales strategies tailored to the skin health market, leveraging data-driven insights and qualitative and quantitative research to anticipate and meet evolving consumer needs and achieve sales targets.


* Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, marketing, sales, design, communications, and research teams to design and implement customer-centric initiatives that enhance brand loyalty, integrate brand strategy, and drive sustainable growth.


* Mentor and guide teams, including strategists and sales staff, to foster a culture of creativity, agility, continuous improvement, and enhanced performance through tailored development plans.


* Analyze competitive landscapes, market trends, and sales results to proactively identify opportunities for differentiation, adjust strategies, and optimize outcomes in skin health solutions.


* Spearhead the integration of emerging digital tools and platforms to create personalized customer experiences and optimize the product journey.


* Manage project timelines, deliverables, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities with a focus on financial performance, stakeholder satisfaction, and high-quality execution.


* Maintain and regularly update comprehensive business plans covering all assigned markets and regions, incorporating insights from market analyses and customer needs.
