This positiojn will work with clients between 3 and 59 years old.

The Senior Clinician (Senior CT) serves as a key member of the leadership team at the Corona Wellness and Recovery Center (CWRC), providing comprehensive clinical oversight and support across both Adult and Children's programs.

This position offers official clinical supervision to Associate Social Workers, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and Associate Professional Clinical Counselors, while also guiding paraprofessional staff including Case Managers, Peer Support Specialists, Family Advocates, and Parent Partners.

The Senior CT conducts weekly supervision with Associate Clinicians and bi-weekly supervision with Licensed Clinicians.

In addition, the role functions as the clinical lead responsible for developing and supporting daily clinical programming, assigning cases to treatment team members, providing crisis and triage support, documenting in the electronic health record as needed, and facilitating weekly case coordination meetings.

The Senior Clinician collaborates closely with CWRC leadership to create workflows, clinical procedures, and program processes, and also supports quality improvement efforts and program audits.

Duties further include conducting clinical intake assessments when needed and providing ongoing consultation to the Program Manager and clinical staff regarding client care and clinical operations.

The starting time for this position will be 8:00 am..

Under direction, performs the full range of therapeutic assignments related to the field of mental or behavioral health services and psychiatric social work, which includes the design and implementation of personalized treatment plans, individual and group psychotherapy, evaluations and investigations, and professional counseling, as applicable by professional licensing law, in order to meet the needs of consumers or families with mental or emotional disorders; and performs other related duties as required.

The Senior Clinical Therapist is the lead/advanced journey level of the Clinical Therapist series.

The Senior Clinical Therapist class has responsibility for providing clinical supervision, according to licensure and training, over unlicensed clinical staff.
