* Passing Jaeger J1 at not less than 12 inches (30.5 cm) in at least one eye, natural or corrected.
* TThis position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.

* High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
* Must successfully complete Melters training and certification within prescribed timeframe
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Must be able to perform basic mathematic calculations.
* Must be able to perform basic operation of a CRT/PC
* Must learn reactions and inter-reactions of heat and metals and between different metals and non-metallic additives to the furnace charge, vacuum melting theory such as rate of rise, etc.
* Must be able to read and understand digital and analog scales and gauges and other measuring devices
