Job Description:

Federal Technical Program Manager -

We are seeking a senior Federal Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive execution and operational performance of a secure cloud environment in the federal space.

This role is responsible for orchestrating the daily technical operations of the IT Operations Center teams, aligning their activities with program priorities, schedules, and cooperation with the customer.

The TPM acts as the operational bridge between the Program Leader, HPE CSP technical teams, customer's operations, and federal stakeholders, translating program objectives into actionable daily execution plans.

While this role does not perform hands-on engineering, it requires strong technical fluency, deep understanding of IT operations, and the ability to direct, sequence, and govern technical work across infrastructure, cloud, security, and service management domains.

• Currently Active Secret Security Clearance

• Work Model: Flexible hybrid; onsite at customer location as required

• DoD 8140 (formerly 8570) compliant - IAT Level I or IAM Level I certification required

• Certifications Required:

o ITIL v4

o Project Management Professional

o DoD 8140 (formerly 8570) compliant - IAT Level I or IAM Level I certification required

• Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate degree (technical field) with 6-8 years of relevant experience

• Strong technical program management skills with emphasis on execution, scheduling, and operational coordination

• Proven experience managing IT operations, cloud services, or infrastructure programs in federal environments

• Deep understanding of ITSM, service operations, and MSP/CSP delivery models

• Working knowledge of:

o Cloud infrastructure and platforms

o Security operations and compliance

o Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD concepts

• Ability to translate technical execution into clear status, risk, and impact reporting

• Confident communicator with engineers, operations staff, and senior federal stakeholders
