Role at a Glance
As a Field Loss Prevention Generalist, you'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding our stores and supporting our teams across a designated region.
Reporting to the Divisional Loss Prevention Manager, you'll be a trusted resource for store leaders, helping them understand and implement strategies that reduce shrink, enhance safety, and ensure compliance.
This is a field-based position that requires a high level of independence, adaptability, and travel-up to 80%-including overnight stays.
You'll be analyzing data, conducting audits, supporting investigations, and training store teams, all while building strong relationships and promoting a culture of integrity and accountability.

Responsibilities
• Execute companywide loss prevention programs to reduce shrink and improve safety.
• Analyze store-level shrink data to identify high-risk locations and trends.
• Conduct remote audits and field visits to assess compliance and uncover risks.
• Collaborate with store managers and field leaders to promote LP awareness.
• Assist in investigations of theft, policy violations, and operational losses.
• Support the rollout of LP technologies and exception-based reporting tools.
• Train store teams on LP policies, theft deterrence, and safety procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of shrink trends, investigations, and compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
• 2-3 years of professional-level LP experience; 3-5 years general experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the division.

• Experience with exception-based reporting tools.
