Summer 2026 IT Intern - AI Agent Development

TDW is seeking a driven intern to help design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents across various areas of the business.

This role focuses on creating practical, business-oriented solutions that enhance efficiency, support decision-making, and improve the overall user experience.

Throughout the internship, you will gain hands-on experience, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and receive ongoing mentorship.

This opportunity will be based in Tulsa, OK, for Summer 2026.

Key Responsibilities


* Assist in developing high-value AI use cases in collaboration with business stakeholders


* Design and develop agents using Copilot Studio and Power Platform tools


* Create, test, and refine prompts to ensure high-quality, reliable outputs


* Integrate agents with enterprise systems (Power BI, APIs, SharePoint, etc.)


* Create user guides/quick start materials


* Develop performance and adoption metrics


* Support pilot groups and gather feedback.


* Develop structured test cases and evaluate agent performance and accuracy


* Present on AI agent development at the end of the internship.

Skills


* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform) would be a plus


* Basic understanding of Power Automate or Logic Apps for workflow automation


* Data literacy - understanding how to work with structured/unstructured data inputs


* Prompt creation and engineering


* Communication skills for documenting use cases and presenting findings to stakeholders

Qualifications:


* Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field


* Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and operating systems


* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills


* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team


* Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
