About You

We're looking for someone who:


* 5-year Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited University program and pursuing licensure.


* Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience demonstrating strong concept design skills.


* Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills.


* Demonstrated competency using Revit and AutoCAD is required.


* Foundational knowledge using Rhino, Photoshop, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, and/or other 3D rendering software programs is a plus.


* Ability to interact professionally and comfortably with various personalities and communication styles, and build and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships.


* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Outlook, Word, and Excel.

About the Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will:


* Refine your skills and develop expertise while collaborating with practicing registered architects to deliver impactful architectural projects.


* Fulfill and document required NCARB Architectural Experience Program® (AXP®) credit hours while actively preparing to advance toward architectural registration exams.


* Collaborate with team members across all design phases, from programming and concept development through the detailed completion of construction documents.


* Take an active role in Construction Administration, including conducting site visits, coordinating with contractors, and addressing on-site issues.


* Drive quality control initiatives to ensure high client satisfaction.
