Principal Enterprise AI Solutions Architect - GCC High Environment
Job Summary:
The Princ Enterprise AI Solutions Architect is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of advanced AI and BI solutions across the organization, establishing enterprise-wide frameworks, standards, and best practices to ensure scalable, secure, and high-impact outcomes.
This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify strategic opportunities, translates business requirements into robust technical solutions, and champions data governance, ethical AI use, and cloud integration.
The incumbent serves as a visionary leader, driving innovation, setting technical direction, and mentoring teams to deliver AI-enabled capabilities that empower business transformation and support organizational objectives.
Enterprise AI Solutioning
* Identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements across departments (Operations, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing).
* Design and implement scalable AI solutions for predictive analytics, automation, and generative AI use cases.
* Develop proof-of-concepts and convert successful pilots into production-ready systems.
AI & BI Capability Building
* Partner with IT leadership to define the vision, roadmap, and operating model for an AI/BI group.
* Establish standards for data governance, model lifecycle management, and ethical AI practices.
* Create reusable frameworks, templates, and playbooks for AI solution delivery.
Integration & Enablement
* Work with business units to integrate AI into existing workflows and enterprise applications.
* Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure high-quality, governed data pipelines.
* Provide training and mentorship to IT and business teams on AI tools and best practices.
Governance & Security
* Implement privacy-by-design principles, role-based access control, and compliance guardrails.
* Ensure all AI solutions align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Continuous Improvement
* Monitor deployed models for performance, drift, and bias; implement retraining strategies.
* Optimize solutions for scalability, cost efficiency, and user adoption.
Education, Experience/Knowledge & License/Certification
* Hands-on experience (5+ years preferred) in AI/ML development and solution architecture.
* Proven ability to deliver enterprise AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
* Strong proficiency in:
* Programming: Python (required), experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
* Data Handling: SQL, data modeling, ETL processes.
* Experience with cloud AI platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and MLOps practices.
* Familiarity with generative AI, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
* Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance in enterprise environments.
