What will you do?

Take the Lead with These Responsibilities


* Support follow-up activities in MRBR, including resolution of price and quantity discrepancies.


* Manage and track blocked invoices due to price or quantity issues, ensuring timely resolution.


* Prepare and monitor supplier payment reports and follow up on pending items.


* Perform ongoing follow-up through the procurement tool to ensure process completion and supplier compliance.


* Participate in supplier evaluations by gathering data on performance, pricing, and compliance.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Finance, Logistics, and Quality to support ongoing procurement projects.


* Contribute to cost-saving initiatives by researching alternative suppliers, materials, or processes.


* Prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries to support sourcing decisions.
