✅ What You Will Do


* Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and business drivers.


* Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.


* Use advanced analytical tools and financial systems to transform data into meaningful insights.


* Prepare and deliver internal reports, dashboards, and presentations to support executive decision-making.


* Conduct scenario analyses and sensitivity modeling for business initiatives.


* Partner with cross-functional teams (such as Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, etc.) to ensure accurate data and aligned financial planning.


* Support ad-hoc financial analysis to guide business priorities and resource allocation.

✅ What Will Make You Successful


* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related quantitative field.


* Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL).


* Solid understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and core financial metrics.


* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.


* Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.


* High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.


* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
