We are looking for motivated, competent and skilled engineers to join our Deployment team and represent our company in front of our customers in the position of an IT Project Engineer - Deployment Engineer.

Experience and skills, we are looking for:


* Technical knowledge of former and current Microsoft Windows enterprise desktop and server operating systems, including installation procedures, security tuning, troubleshooting and configuration management


* Advanced knowledge of IT systems, including networking, server, storage and applications


* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, Group Policies


* Virtualization literacy (Hyper-V, VMWare, etc.)


* Networking literacy (subnetting, VLANs)


* Microsoft Azure


* Communication skills with the ability to analyze and explain technical issues to lay audiences.


* Team player with experience in cross-team collaboration to ensure successful delivery of solutions


* Problem solving and decision-making skills


* Continuous learning ability - "thinking out of the box"


* An individual who is resourceful and confident


* Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English


* Ready to travel worldwide for few weeks on business trips

Advantages:

* CCNA or other networking related certifications


* Complex enterprise environment design, implementations on Microsoft Platforms including migrations from legacy Microsoft or other platforms


* PowerShell


* Experience with monitoring tools

What you will do:


* Technical role in a project team during project execution


* Read and understand available project documentation (SoW, RFP, ToC), in project preparedness phase


* Communicate with the corresponding customer role about technical details, risks, everything in his/her scope


* Report project related issues/risks to project manager


* Involved and consulted during system architecture design activities


* Customer IT personnel support in GoLive and System availability phase


* Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, customers and sub-contractors, Regional Solutions Center, Partners


* Accountable for deployment and configuration of Schneider Electric Advanced Distribution Management Systems
