Role reports to:
Director, Global Packaging Operations and Supplier Excellence

Location:

What you will do

The role will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end technical readiness efforts across the Global Packaging ecosystem internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities


* Support packaging test methods optimization and digitized process enhancements


* Create and enhance technical documents (i.e.

packaging policies, corporate specifications, SOP's etc.) across regions ensuring adherence to established standards and timelines.


* Support creation of consumer fit-for-purpose test methods and modernized Packaging Developmental labs infrastructure geared towards discovery and accelerated consumer use.


* Collect packaging performance metrics and create scorecards, supporting Right the First Time (RFT) goals.


* Track progress updates on Packaging led initiatives and maintain cadence of update meetings with Head of Global Packaging and initiative leaders to demonstrate progress and review critical path schedule and follow-through


* Support the creation of Technical training programs to enhance the capabilities of the global Packaging team


* Conduct packaging spec audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop programs for continuous improvement


* Support global budget reporting


* Create presentations to communicate data and results to cross-functional teams


* Lead internal processes to support the Packaging team

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications


* Bachelor's degree in Packaging Science, Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.


* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and Powerpoint.


* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
