Western Slope Health Center is looking for a dedicated and caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our amazing team! What You'll Do:


* Provide daily nursing care and assistance with activities of daily living in line with residents' care plans.


* Help residents with mobility, hygiene, meals, and comfort needs while maintaining their dignity and independence.


* Take and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output as directed.


* Report any changes in resident condition promptly to the Charge Nurse.


* Create a warm and positive environment that promotes resident well-being and satisfaction.


* Assist with transfers, admissions, discharges, and restorative activities.


* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality of resident information.


* Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with other nursing and support staff.

Qualifications:


* Active California CNA certification in good standing.


* Genuine compassion for seniors and a team-oriented attitude.


* Strong attention to detail, dependability, and communication skills.


* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
