β¨ What You'll Do
As a CNA, you'll play a vital role in supporting our residents' daily lives by:
* Providing routine daily nursing care in accordance with care plans
* Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care)
* Monitoring residents and reporting changes in condition to nursing staff
* Taking and recording vital signs (TPRs), weights, and food/fluid intake
* Answering call lights promptly and ensuring resident comfort and safety
* Assisting with mobility: lifting, turning, repositioning, and transporting residents
* Supporting admissions, transfers, and discharges with care and professionalism
* Maintaining accurate, timely documentation
* Creating a warm, respectful, and positive environment for residents and families
π‘οΈ Your Responsibilities
* Follow all facility policies, safety protocols, and HIPAA guidelines
* Report incidents, concerns, or changes in resident condition immediately
* Use proper identification procedures before providing care or services
* Ensure residents' rooms are clean, safe, and welcoming
* Protect resident dignity, privacy, and rights at all times
* Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary teams

What We're Looking For
* Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
* CPR certification (preferred)
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Compassionate, dependable, and attentive to detail
* Ability to follow instructions and adapt in a fast-paced environment
π Qualifications
* Minimum of 10th-grade education
* Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
* Basic math and problem-solving skills
* Ability to interpret instructions and procedures
πͺ Physical Requirements
* Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs
* Frequent standing, walking, bending, and assisting residents
* Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations
