Oak Glen Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Part-Time Treatment Nurse (LVN) to join our skilled nursing team.

This role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about wound care, values collaboration, and is committed to making a meaningful difference in residents' lives.

Schedule: Flexible part-time hours
Pay Range: $30-$33 per hour, DOE
Location: Oak Glen Post Acute

Shift: PART TIME weekends.
Key Responsibilities:


* Provide wound care and treatment services as prescribed by physicians


* Perform wound assessments, dressing changes, and accurate documentation


* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care


* Educate residents and families on treatment plans and healing progress


* Maintain compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards

Qualifications:


* Current and active California LVN license


* Previous wound care or skilled nursing experience preferred


* Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment


* Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality care
