San Jacinto Valley Post-Acute is seeking a skilled and compassionate Part-Time Treatment Nurse to join our clinical team.

This position plays a vital role in providing high-quality wound care and treatment services to our residents in a skilled nursing setting.

Pay Range: $30-$33 per hour, DOE
Schedule: Part-Time
Location: San Jacinto Valley Post-Acute
Key Responsibilities:


* Provide wound care and treatment services in accordance with physician orders and care plans


* Perform wound assessments, dressing changes, and accurate documentation


* Monitor wound healing progress and report changes or concerns promptly


* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal resident outcomes


* Ensure compliance with infection control practices and regulatory standards


* Educate nursing staff on proper treatment and wound care protocols


* Maintain timely and accurate clinical records

Qualifications:


* Current and active California nursing license (LVN or RN, as applicable)


* Prior experience in wound care or treatment nursing preferred


* Skilled nursing or long-term care experience strongly preferred


* Strong assessment, organization, and communication skills


* Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
