San Jacinto Valley Post-Acute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our skilled nursing team.

This position is ideal for an LVN who is committed to delivering high-quality, resident-centered care in a collaborative clinical environment.

Pay Range: $29-$32 per hour, DOE
Schedule: Full-Time
Location: San Jacinto Valley Post-Acute
Key Responsibilities:


* Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans


* Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately


* Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes


* Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation


* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal resident outcomes


* Ensure compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:


* Current and active California LVN license


* Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred


* Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills


* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment


* Commitment to compassionate, high-quality resident care
