What We're Looking For:


* License: Active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.


* Passion: A genuine commitment to working with seniors.


* Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills.


* Skillset: A compassionate team player with the ability to make independent decisions and apply critical thinking during the NOC shift.


* Coachability: Trainable and able to follow and implement clinical instructions.

Your Role:


* Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians.


* Maintain accurate record-keeping for admissions, transfers, and discharges.


* Periodically review and update resident discharge plans as required.


* Conduct nightly rounds to ensure nursing standards are met and care is delivered according to protocol.
