Rancho Bellagio Post-Acute is seeking a compassionate and reliable Part-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our nursing team on the night (NOC) shift.

This role is ideal for an LVN who is committed to providing high-quality care in a skilled nursing environment.

Pay Range: $29-$33 per hour, DOE
Schedule: Part-Time | NOC Shift
Location: Rancho Bellagio Post-Acute
Key Responsibilities:


* Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans


* Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely


* Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly


* Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation


* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality resident outcomes


* Uphold all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:


* Current and active California LVN license


* Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred


* Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills


* Ability to work independently during overnight hours


* Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
