Pay Range: $20-$22 per hour, DOE
Shifts Available: Day and Evening
Location: Jurupa Hills Post-Acute
Requirements: Previous cooking experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Key Responsibilities:


* Prepare large quantities of nutritious and appealing meals


* Follow established menus, recipes, and portion guidelines


* Prepare special diets and pureed meals according to resident needs


* Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment


* Record food temperatures and ensure compliance with health and safety standards


* Present meals in an appetizing and professional manner


* Assist with training new dietary staff


* Provide leadership support in the absence of the Dietary Supervisor
