Mental Health Outpatient Therapist (School Setting)

Salary: Billable $30 - $37/hourSchedule: Monday - Friday 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm What You'll Do


* Provide therapeutic services using evidenced-based-practice treatment approaches


* Complete clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation


* Support clients through crisis assessment and stabilization when needed


* Collaborate with supervisors, peer clinicians, and community supports


* Participate in trainings, supervision, and agency meetings


* Maintain necessary credentials, licensure, and required clearances

What You Bring


* Master's degree in a clinical field
OR a Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field


* 1 years of experience in behavioral health


* Licensure/certification preferred but not required


* Strong communication, clinical judgment, and ability to work independently


* Comfortable working in a school setting
