Senior Analyst, Pricing Quality Assurance
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough audits of pricing agreements and contracts, ensuring all entries into the pricing system are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
* Review and update customer accounts by analyzing bills of lading, quote requests, and contractual documentation to guarantee alignment with business objectives.
* Perform root cause analysis to resolve discrepancies and pricing issues, leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement.
* Prepare, compile, and evaluate data from multiple systems, delivering clear, actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing direct support to foster a culture of accuracy and accountability.
* Lead or participate in special projects driven by current company needs or business conditions
* Leads, mentors, and develops team members by providing clear guidance and structured support to build skills, ensure performance success, and promote long‑term growth
* Ensure strict compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, representing the organization with professionalism and a commitment to quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Extensive knowledge in audit practices, and pricing strategies within the LTL industry.
* Strong proficiency in data management, and the use of Microsoft Office.
* Advanced and proven knowledge of analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of driving efficiency and accuracy in complex environments.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels.
* Proficiency and proved experience in managing multiple priorities, adapt to evolving business needs, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, or a related pricing/auditing field, with a minimum of three years in a similar industry preferred.
