Overview

This role is a multiple-task oriented position designed to support the Director of Spa in achieving departmental objectives and maintaining a level of unparalleled customer service excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities



* Ensures internal and external guest satisfaction with a positive and friendly attitude


* Responsible for the scheduling for spa support staff on a weekly basis


* Responsible for organizing and facilitating all training and certification for all spa colleagues


* Conduct daily walk-through of facilities to ensure that all support areas are neat, organized and in compliance with all established and approved standards


* Ensure supplies for locker areas & beverage/snack station are maintained to established par levels and within the specified budgets for respective line items


* Ensure all spa support staff is in compliance with all standards of operation and guest interactions


* Ability to coach and motivate team to achieve stated revenue and guest satisfaction goals


* Conduct monthly spa departmental & inter-department meetings


* Review and complete payroll for all spa support staff
