Brookdale Senior Living is Hiring for a District Director of Operations in the Greater Phoenix, Arizona Area! We are looking for an experienced multi-site, Senior Living Operations Leader, with a proven track record of driving strong community culture.

The District Director of Operations is responsible for developing and providing short-term tactical direction and oversight.

They develop short-term improvements impacting an area.

They will direct the overall operations of an assigned group of communities within a geographic region.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience.

Full-time associates in role are also eligible for an annual bonus incentive.

Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Gerontology, Business or other related field required.

Minimum of seven to ten years experience in Operations, Marketing, Financial Planning and Human Resources Management in a management role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
