🩺 What You'll Do:


* Provide skilled nursing care and follow individualized care plans


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed


* Monitor resident health and promptly address changes


* Work closely with RNs, CNAs, and other team members to ensure coordinated, compassionate care


* Document care accurately and thoroughly

✅ Qualifications:


* Current California LVN license in good standing
