Lakeport Post Acute is excited to welcome a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Speech-Language Pathologist to our therapy team! This is a great opportunity for a new graduate to complete their Clinical Fellowship in a supportive, collaborative skilled nursing environment while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.

What You'll Do


* Provide speech-language therapy services under CFY supervision


* Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders


* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans


* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including nursing, therapy, and physicians


* Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately


* Educate residents and families on therapy goals and care plans

What We're Looking For


* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology


* Eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)


* California SLP license or eligibility


* Strong communication and organizational skills


* Compassionate, motivated, and eager to learn


* Interest in working in a skilled nursing/post-acute setting
