🎯 What You'll Do


* Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist


* Help residents improve their ability to perform daily living activities


* Document patient progress and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team


* Provide compassionate, hands-on care in a dynamic rehab setting


* Support a positive and engaging therapy experience for residents

✅ What We're Looking For


* Current COTA license in the state of California


* Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* A passion for helping others regain independence
