Deputy Manager / Manager - Product Management & Marketing
Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:
1.

Develop & maintain a product development roadmap for LV Switchboard to ensure to meet set targets of OI & GM
2.

Drive & Co-ordinate with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing and other various functions to meet targets set as per Product Roadmap & Cost optimization drives.
3.

Act as technical SME for LV Offerings and support front end team in optimizing offers & solutions; Job Role Demands understanding of Low Voltage Switchboard, Customer, Competitors, Strength, Opportunities and Create Product Battlecard.
4.

Provide technical presentation/webinar to prospective clients; Gather VOC and build/update product roadmap based on these.
5.

Ensure Agility, Safety, Sustainability & Reliability in offering of the LV Equipment and Solutions.

Drive innovation in offerings & solutions.

Technical knowledge of LV switchboard & switchgear standards, regulations & safety requirements.

Market Analysis & Project Management knowledge

Financial acumen with proposal / tendering background is added advantage.

B.E.

- Electrical
