Job Summary:

This role will be reporting to the Facilities Supervisor and located in the Victor facility.

They will ensure that the facility and surrounding environment is in a suitable condition to work on the inside and outside of the building.

The goal is to ensure our business's accommodation is problem-free and safe so that employees can work under the best conditions.

Mailroom duties, stocking/replenishing of office/kitchen supplies, coordinating and hosting external facility vendors, coordinating events and administrative duties as needed.

The Facilities Coordinator supports the Victor site with facility-related activities, making sure health and safety standards are met.

Interacts with all Victor employees, and external vendors to support a professional, enjoyable experience for all that enter our Victor Facility.
