You'll report to the Business Manager, partner closely with the Chief Communications Officer and sit at the center of how our team connects, learns and grows.

What you'll do


* Work with the Business Manager to develop and deliver signature programs, including a new hire onboarding program, strategic learning agenda and annual people-leader offsite


* Help create an engagement plan, including town halls, offsites, small-group sessions, site visits, business reviews and feedback forums, that informs and inspires our team


* Boost efficiency by documenting our common processes and bringing AI into workflows


* Draft and deliver standout comms including a weekly leadership team note, org announcements, change messaging, "you spoke/we listened" updates and LinkedIn posts


* Track impact by monitoring follow-up lists and reporting results


* Lead special projects that move the business and team forward

What you bring


* 2-5 years in corporate or agency communications


* Strong writing, editing and presentation skills


* Comfortable partnering with senior leaders; calm under deadlines


* PowerPoint, Word, Excel proficiency; bonus for Canva, Photoshop, SharePoint, Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools


* Organized, detail-obsessed and great at juggling multiple priorities


* Team-first mindset and unwavering integrity


* Financial services experience is a plus
