What You'll Do

As a CNA, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care while supporting our nursing team.

Key Responsibilities:


* Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)


* Monitor and record vital signs; report changes in condition


* Support meals, hydration, and after-meal care


* Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident environments


* Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs


* Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges


* Accurately document care in charts and flow sheets


* Follow infection control, safety, and privacy protocols


* Communicate effectively with nurses and team members


* Support restorative and rehabilitative care programs

What We're Looking For


* Active California CNA certification


* Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented mindset


* Strong communication and observational skills


* Ability to follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation
