* Partner with a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver personalized treatments


* Help residents improve mobility, reduce pain, and build confidence


* Track and document progress with accuracy and compliance


* Educate residents and families on exercises, safety, and fall prevention


* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to achieve the best outcomes


* Support staff training and participate in rehab program development


* Recommend assistive devices that enhance independence and quality of life

🎯 What You Bring


* Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program


* Active California PTA license (in good standing)


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Experience in skilled nursing or rehab (preferred)


* Comfort with systems like Net Health & PointClickCare
