Hilltop Park Post Acute is hiring CNAs!

Current openings:

Full-time, 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm - both with a weekend rotation

Part-time, 2pm-10pm on Saturday & Sunday

We specialize in providing rehabilitation services onsite to help our residents regain their independence, and we have 2 large rehab gyms! What to expect:

Provide direct care to the residents of the facility under the direction of licensed nurses.

Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered CNA license in CO

Must possess, at a minimum, 10th grade education

Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility preferred

Rate Range - $20- $26/hour
