What are we looking for?

The Technician I - Safety is responsible for supporting engineers for testing and equipment/lab maintenance.

This position will travel at least 25% of the time.

Salary & Benefits Information

The base wage or salary range for this position is $24-$30/hour.

Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

What you'll do:


* Set up tests, test equipment and test apparatus.


* Prepare test samples.


* Perform basic analysis of test data and routine calculations.


* Interact with customers in a professional manner including appearance and attitude


* Diligent safety practices, have knowledge of OSHA standards, and use of safety equipment as required by management


* Work closely with engineers and take directions to complete projects within certain policies and procedures


* Daily cleanup and maintenance of labs, testing equipment, samples, and organize all tools and materials


* Attend mandatory training sessions on new products, installation methodology, and safety.
