Project Manager - Professional Services
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
- Develop and track work plans and schedules, including in Microsoft Project.
- Lead cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues.
- Lead and implement the design, analysis, interpretation and evaluation of a variety of reports, internal/external resource documents and surveys.
- Publish results for utilization by internal and external clients, as appropriate.
- Work with relational database management systems (MS SQL Server) and analytical processing systems; ensure data accuracy and validate all data collection methods used in reporting projects.
- Recommend establishment of new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of information.
- Evaluate data quality, applications and functions, produce output and maintain reporting operations and documentation.
- Develop and maintain effective processes for managing requirements, developing business processes and providing production support to the operation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Program Specific Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of project management experience
- Waterfall and/ or Agile project experience
- Active PMP certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Projects
